How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Please note that we only accept returns on items that have not been personalized or customized.
The following conditions apply:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and in original packaging
• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will send a replacement ASAP. If you have given us incorrect information with which to create your order, you will have to order another piece.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
